- no problem....
> * Under Latest News, list the 3 most recent press
releases, beginning

- I can do this, but when I created the design, I
was thinking it would be cool to have a few of them
fade in and out every few minutes, but it's just as
easy to have 3 at once... we can do whichever you
want

-- Very cool idea. I was already planning on doing
this, just not sure exactly how it may happen. I think
if this site is built in flash, we should incorporate
images changing on the left as with the rollovers.
And as this design evolves, I can play around with
some ideas as to how to best do this - but I think
we should pursue this idea.

where the menu bar would be placed on the

Us. We wanted to

-- Normally, when I design the sub pages, I will put
a standard nav bar that will be consistent on all
the pages throughout the site. Therefore I see no
problem here, however, if you want the sublevel to
look like the homepage nav, as far as it's placement,
I am not positive it will be where it currently is
on the sub pages. (In my opinion it's not a huge deal,
but what I normally do is create 2 designs for sub
pages, similar to what I did for the homepage, and
we choose which layout you prefer. - we can go over
this on the phone just to make sure we are on the
same page ;)

to reflect this?
-- Since you got back to me with great feedback, I
think the homepage page changes are on schedule, and
will reflect current time table. I think I will even
have the changes ready for Wednesday, before our meeting
at 2:00. So that puts us in a good place.
Thanks again for the feedback, and I will be in touch
sometime on Tuesday to go make sure all this stuff
is covered.

Notes from 7/12
Hi all,
I will go ahead and make these adjustments to the
homepage. One thing I usually end up doing is making
little adjustments as the homepage is being finished
to help "polish" up the design. So I may
make suggestions in the design that I feel make it
work more effective and look more appealing. In other
words, I will incorporate your changes below, while
adding some of my own stuff to try to aid the design.
I will be in touch by end of today, if not then for
Monday morning, to have an updated version of the
homepage and a design for the about us sub page.
Thanks...
Please read below to see my responses to your changes...

- No problem, I fixed this, one reason I changed it
from being entirely black was the fast that since
it's 3 times at thick, the black can be a bit overwhelming
- but it still looks good, just a bit more blaring.

I will adjust the scientist/test tub image to be a
bit more colorful, no problem. the blending of the
image should not bee problem...I will have to come
up with a better way for the image to fade in and
out, I will probably have to do it in flash so you
will have a better understanding of how it will work..
