United Plastics Group, Inc. Appoints Divisional
Presidents to Lead Newly Restructured Market Focused
Divisions
WESTMONT, IL - October 26, 2000 - United Plastics
Group, Inc. (UPG), a full service manufacturer
of plastic products for the electronics, medical,
consumer and industrial markets, today announced
the appointment of three presidents to lead UPG's
new market-focused divisions.
Donald R. Fowler will become president of UPG's
Consumer and Medical Divisions; Gary W. Butcher
will become president of UPG's Electronics Division;
and Denis H. Davidson will become president of
UPG's Industrial Division.

corporate restructuring into market-focused divisions
and to align our business development and manufacturing
capabilities with the needs of our customers,"

About Donald Fowler
Prior to this appointment Donald Fowler was vice
president and general manager of The Hanson Group
Ltd. and OR Plastics, Inc. that were later renamed
The Consumer and Medical Division of United Plastics
Group, Inc. Prior to joining UPG, Don was vice
president of Tyco Healthcare Group where he managed
engineering and product development. Prior to
Tyco, Don was vice president and COO for Seitz
Corporation. Don has amassed over 22 years of
experience in the medical industry developing
products constructed of both metal and injection
molded plastics.
About Gary Butcher
Prior to this appointment Gary was vice president
and general manager of Kiehl Engineering Company
where he started the process of establishing market
focus in the Electronics Industry. Prior to joining
UPG, Gary was president of Chicago Rawhide where
he directed major expansion in Mexico, launched
a series of strategic initiatives to grow sales
and rationalized business units. Prior to being
president of Chicago Rawhide, Gary was the senior
vice-president of Finance and Business Development.
About Denis Davidson
Denis Davidson was most recently president/CEO
of The Fitzpatrick Company. Before that period,
he was president/CEO of Clear Shield National,
Inc. a multi-plant plastic extrusion and injection
molding company where he successfully implemented
a strategy of growth and change. Prior to taking
over Clear Shield National, Denis capped his sales
and marketing career with the Bondware Division
of Continental Can Company as president.
